​It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. SD Yoga Center offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. Beginning Hot Yoga

The original class that started it all for our studio! Conducted in a heated room, hot Bikram yoga detoxifies the body through perspiration, tones the muscles and flushes every cell and organ in the body. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind. This is a challenging class, be prepared to work hard and sweat! Take breaks as needed. Class is heated to 105 degrees, 40% humidity and comes in 60, 75, and 90-minute versions. Silent classes are the same except with minimal instruction and music (good for students used to the series).

*Bring a mat, large towel and water.
